Nicole Courtney earned 4 Varsity volleyball letters at UCSD, graduating with a 3.5 GPA in Biology in 2007. While at UCSD she was named the CCAA Conference MVP and UCSD Player-of-the-Year. In 2006 with Nicole as a starting outside hitter, the Tritons finished 5th in the nation in Division II. After earning a Masters in Education from UCSD, Nicole has been a 7th grade science teacher for 3 years in the San Diego Unified School District. Throughout her 5 years of coaching, Nicole has instructed all over the United States for Gold Medal Squared. Nicole loves the beach and snowboarding, and is entering her 4th season on the Wave staff.
